esok sya...exercise

average person's diet:
1. carbohydrate 44-47%, 2. fat 35-38% and 3. protein 14-18%
these 3 nutrients are da main sources of energy

1. carbohydrate is the main source of energy and it can be found in rice, bread, potatoes, cereal honey, pasta etc. It's stored in muscles & liver. And ready to be use during exercise

2. after the carbohydrate hv been finished use by da body during (low intensity exercise) fat will be burn for 2nd source of energy. Fat can be found in cheese, butter, nuts, etc. Other function of fat is to protect vital organs of the body. (so, who said that fat is not important to us? we can eat fat but we need to do some exercise after that, if not da fat will stayed in ur body) coz fat is easily stored in da body.

3. protein can be found in meat., fish, eggs, milk etc. It involved in building body tissue eg. repairing muscle. It also helps to form antibodies which are part of our immune system. And it can't be stored in our body.

In conclusion,
if u want to burn fat all you need is to do moderately intensity exercise (eg. cycling, walking) in a long period of time with continuously exercise ( 3o min/5 days/week). And to get body fit, you need to do vigorously intensity exercise (eg. gym) in short period of time (2o min/3 days/week).

p/s: so, to avoid my self from sleeping again do i need to do an exercise?? hu3
