byk2 sumber y ak cr ak concludekn 5proper lifting techniques
1. start in safe position. (b4 lift e object)
2. maintain natural curve in lower back.
3. use legs when do e task.
4. squatting don't kneeling.
5. try to avoid twisting/ bending e body. (when lifting e object)

knpa kite p'lu proper way utk lifting?
erm, slh satu nye to avoid
- lower back pain,
- musculoskeletal disorder (msd)
due to prolonged time of lifting,
it can coz muscle fatigue, spasm, weak, wasted, pain and loss of function.
